Q: I see from previous games, you run a full-court press. Do you favor this defense because it works best for the team, or do you base it on the opponent?
BH: “I think that's why they hired me to come in here, we've run the style for 20 years, it's the reason I'm here. There's a learning curve with it, and it takes time. We're a lot of games into the season and we should be further ahead than where we are. It pays dividends for us a lot. We turned the ball over to the other team quite a bit, and we just have to get better at capitalizing off those turnovers.”
Q: During the second half, the pace was pretty fast. You like running that full-court. Do you like this flow, or do you prefer to slow it down to run different styled plays?
BH: “Faster? Yeah. I want to play fast. People want to watch fast. I don't want boring basketball, so we're going to play fast. Again, I knew there was going to be growing pains. I knew it coming into the season, however, we're going to have to tough it out. This coming February when we have to get things clicking, and get some guys healthy, we're going to turn things around here.”

Q: During that second half, from the beginning of that last minute of the game and making both of those crucial three point shots, talk me through those moments leading to the final seconds.
MM: "Just trust myself, and trust the work. My teammates put me in that position to get those shots. Jax threw me out one more, and Finn had a great assist for me. Honestly trust in my teammates."

Q: You've talked about key team chemistry and how you were still molding together. After the last win and now leading into this game, how has it progressed?
FW: "After every loss, we have been saying we are right there. We just need to keep chipping away. After beating RMU, it was our first reward in a sense going deeper into our season. We haven't won in a while and getting that first conference win brought us a lot closer. As a team, we can see that when we play hard and buy into the system, we're really capable of competing with any team. I know we've had a few games where it hasn't been close, but outside of that, I feel like we've competed with every team in the conference. It's just about playing smart once we get close to the wire.”
