Q: What are the IUPUI Ticket Office hours?
A: The IUPUI Ticket Office’s normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM – 4PM. The office is closed on the weekends. Internet sales are available via Ticketmaster 24 hours a day, seven days a week for IUPUI men’s basketball as available.
The Ticket Office inside NIFS will be closed at least 3 hours prior to all events for game day staffing. Doors will open one (1) hour prior to the event start time for all IUPUI Athletics contests.

A: Doors open one hour before each game at all athletic events.
Q: Is the IUPUI Ticket Office open on weekends?
A: The IUPUI Ticket Office’s normal hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM – 4PM. The IUPUI Ticket Office is only open on weekends starting one hour prior to home athletic events taking place in Indiana Farmers Coliseum, The Jungle, Michael A. Carroll Stadium or any other special event that requires ticketing personnel.

Q: Can I place a deposit on IUPUI Men’s Basketball season tickets?
A: Yes! We offered new IUPUI Men’s Basketball season ticket deposits for $50 per seat for the 2022-23 season. Deposits for the 2023-24 season will be announced at a later date.
Q: What are the costs for IUPUI Men’s Basketball single game tickets?
A: Single game tickets for IUPUI Men’s Basketball range between $5 and $20, depending on seating location, game date, age and opponent. Information and prices can be found under the men’s basketball ticket tab

Q: Do students get into IUPUI Athletic events for free?
A: Yes! All IUPUI Athletics regular season events are free for students to attend when showing their valid Crimson Card to Ticket Office personnel on game day. IUPUI students can treat their Crimson Card as an All-Sport Season Pass to regular season home athletic events. Students must provide their Crimson Card in order to be granted admission to said events.
Q: How do I purchase tickets for the IUPUI section at the Horizon League Basketball Championships at Indiana Farmers Coliseum?
A: Horizon League Championship ticket information will be announced once both basketball teams enter Horizon League conference play this winter.
Q: Where can I find ticket information for IUPUI Athletics Fall and Spring sports?
A: You can click the ticket button next to each team’s information under the sports tab on the website, or you can go to the tickets tab and find the ticketing information for the sport you are looking for there as well.
Q: What is the cost for Women’s Basketball season tickets?
A: Season tickets for IUPUI women’s basketball range between $40 and $80. Information and prices can be found under the women’s basketball ticket tab

Q: What are the single game prices for Women’s Basketball?
A: Regular season single game tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for youth and children ages 2 and under are free but considered a lap seat for games in The Jungle.
Q: What are group ticket prices for Women’s Basketball?
A: Group tickets for IUPUI Women’s basketball are $5 per person (both adult and youth) with a minimum of 15 tickets purchased and arranged ahead of game day. To purchase group tickets, call (317) 278-2530 and speak with a Ticket Office Representative today!

Q: Do IUPUI faculty and staff receive discounts to IUPUI Athletics events?
A: IUPUI faculty and staff with valid University ID are eligible for discounted season tickets for men’s and women’s basketball, soccer and volleyball. Faculty and staff also receive free admission to select games for home men’s and women’s basketball surrounding winter break. Check the designated sport’s promotional schedule for said game dates.
Q: Do IUPUI alumni receive discounts to IUPUI Athletic events?
A: While there are no alumni discounts available on a single game basis, the Ticket Office features a Young Alumni Season Ticket package for just $100. Learn more by emailing

Q: Does the Ticket Office sell gift certificates?
A: The Ticket Office does not offer gift certificates at this time.
Q: Is it safe to purchase a ticket from people outside the stadium/arena?
A: Tickets not purchased through the IUPUI Ticket Office, Ticketmaster or through the University's authorized agents are not considered valid and the holder may be denied admission or ejected. Ticketmaster is the only authorized site through which a resale of tickets may be conducted. Tickets cannot be used for third party contests or sweepstakes without approval by the IUPUI Athletic Department.
Attempting to sell or solicit the sale of a ticket(s) (even at face value) on campus without a permit violates University policy.
PARKING
Q: Where do I park at the Indiana State Fairgrounds when attending a Men’s Basketball game at Indiana Farmers Coliseum?
A: The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center has more than 7,000 paved spaces on 250 acres. Parking attendants will provide directions when entering the Fairgrounds as to the best route for the event you are attending. Main entrances include: Gate 1 on 38th Street (no left turns onto the grounds for eastbound traffic), Gate 3 on 38th Street and Gate 6 on Fall Creek Parkway.
Q: Where do I park when attending an IUPUI women’s basketball or volleyball game on campus in The Jungle inside the IU Natatorium?
A: IUPUI Surface Lot 80 located on the northwest corner of University Blvd. and New York St. permits free parking on game days. When opting to pay to park, IUPUI has fully automated parking garages with pay stations located in lobby areas, credit card payment systems at garage exits and 24-hour customer care assistance. The Sports Complex Parking Garage attached to the IU Natatorium would be the best parking garage to utilize on game days.
Q: Where do I park when attending an IUPUI men’s and women’s soccer or softball game at Michael A. Carroll Stadium and IUPUI Softball Complex?
A: IUPUI Surface Lot 80 and Surface Lot 59 located on New York St. permits free parking on game days. When opting to pay to park, IUPUI has fully automated parking garages with pay stations located in the lobby areas, credit card payment systems at garage exits and 24-hour customer care assistance. The Barnhill Parking Garage would be the best parking garage to utilize on game days with a second option being the Vermont Street Parking Garage attached to the Campus Center.
Q: How much does parking cost at IUPUI Men’s Basketball?
A: There is a $10 facility charge per vehicle for Men’s Basketball games when entering the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. Cash and credit cards are accepted on site. In the event that a Men’s Basketball home game is played in The Jungle on IUPUI’s campus, the same parking locations and information for women’s basketball and volleyball games will apply.
Q: Is there special parking or transportation for students attending IUPUI Men’s Basketball games since they do not play on campus?
A: There is a designated student shuttle bus made available for those that display their Crimson Card to the Bus Driver that will take students from IUPUI’s campus to Indiana Farmers Coliseum starting one hour and thirty minutes before each home game. The bus pick-up and drop-off location on campus is in front of the Tower. The bus pick-up and drop off location at Indiana Farmers Coliseum will be right outside the student entrance of Indiana Farmers Coliseum where they are initially dropped off.
Additionally, free student parking is offered for those that would prefer to drive to Indiana Farmers Coliseum, permitting they show the parking attendants their Crimson Card when arriving at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.

A: IUPUI women’s basketball, women’s volleyball and men’s and women’s swimming and diving all call The Jungle and IU Natatorium home during their athletic seasons. On occasion due to schedule changes, men’s basketball will play a game inside The Jungle.
Q: Where do IUPUI Men’s and Women’s Soccer play their home games?
A: IUPUI Men’s and Women’s Soccer call Michael A. Carroll Stadium home during their athletic seasons.
Q: Where does IUPUI Softball play its home games?
A: IUPUI Softball plays its home games at the IUPUI Softball Complex next to Michael A. Carroll Stadium on campus.
Q: Are credit cards accepted at all IUPUI home athletic events on campus?
A: No. Women’s basketball, volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer and softball are cash only events.
Q: Are checks accepted at IUPUI athletic events?
A: Check are accepted only for season ticket purchases and pre-arranged group ticket buys to an event. All checks are to be made out to IUPUI Athletics. Checks will not be accepted for single game ticket purchases on game day.
Q: Are there any promotions at IUPUI games?

Q: Where are the Horizon League Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships located?
A: The Horizon League Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships are played at Indiana Farmers Coliseum for the Semifinal and Championship rounds of the tournament. All other earlier rounds of the tournament are hosted by the higher seeds facility based on the bracket for said season.
