High School: Prepped at Lake Zurich High School, helping them to a 21-5 overall record and a spot in the Illinois Class 3A state finals his senior year... missed most of his junior year before rebounding to earn All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-Area honors as a senior... voted by his teammates as the Fighting Bear Award winner his senior year, based on leadership... played with the Sockers Chicago FC Academy after previously starring for the Chicago Fire Academy team... was a three-time Illinois State ODP team member.
