Cross Country (Junior): Competed in all six of the team's meets, including finishing among the team's top seven in her final five entries of the year... clocked a personal best 5K time of 19:30.2 at the Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 30 as the team's No. 6 runner (107th overall)... was the team's No. 6 runner (53rd overall) at the Horizon League Championships on Oct. 29, clocking a 6K time of 24:00.8... capped the season with a personal best 6K time of 23:22.6 at the NCAA Great Lakes Championships on Nov. 11 as the team's No. 4 finisher (167th overall).
Indoor (Senior): Participated in seven indoor meets... began the season with a personal-best 5:14.51 in the mile, finishing 14th at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 9)... took third in the 800m at the Bellarmine Open (Jan. 20)... placed fifth in the mile at the Indianapolis Tom Hathaway Distance Carnival (Jan. 27)... clocked a personal-best 2:15.76 in the 800m at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11)... wrapped up the indoor season with an eighth-place finish in the 800m at the Horizon League Championship (Feb. 26).
Outdoor (Junior): Competed in six outdoor meets... member of the 4x800 relay team that finished first at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (Mar. 17)... took 14th in the 800m at the Flames Invitational (Apr. 8)... finished sixth in the 800m and the 4x400 relay at the Gibson Invitational (Apr. 15)... finished tenth in the 800m at the Indiana Invitational (Apr. 22)... placed tenth in the 800m and fifth in the 4x400 relay at the Horizon League Championship (May 7).
Academics: Selected to the Horizon League's Academic Honor Roll both semesters... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) both semesters.
2021-22 SEASON
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in four meets... was among IUPUI's top five finishers in her final three entries of the year... ran a personal best 5K time of 20:20.0 at the Joe Piane Invitational on Oct. 1 as the team's No. 5 finisher... spun a personal best 6K time of 24:20.8 at the Bradley "Pink" Classic on Oct. 15 as the Jaguars' No. 4 runner... was IUPUI's No. 3 runner at the Horizon League Championships on Oct. 30 (60th overall), finishing the 6K race in a time of 25:12.7.
Indoor (Junior): Ran five indoor meets... competed in the 800m (2:22.44) and 4x400 relay at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, including helping the relay team to a fourth-place finish... opened the indoor season with a personal best time in the mile, running 5:43.28 at the Bellarmine Open on Jan. 21... had her quickest 800 of the indoor season at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday on Feb. 11, spinning a time of 2:21.13... was seventh in the 800 (2:30.69) at the ISU Open on Feb. 19 while also helping IUPUI's 4x400 relay to a race win.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five outdoor meets... just missed scoring in the 800m event at the Horizon League Championships with a personal best time of 2:17.93, placing tenth overall... also ran on the Jaguars' 4x400 relay team at the league championships... opened the outdoor season with personal best times in both the 400 (1:01.57) and 1,500 (5:10.51) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational... ran an 800m time of 2:22.56 at the Illini Invitational to place 11th overall, while also running on the team's 4x400 relay team at that meet.

2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country (Freshman): Did not compete in the Jaguars' lone cross country meet of the season.
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in five indoor meets... ran a season best 800m time of 2:25.51 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, placing 16th in the prelims... also helped IUPUI to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the league championships... opened the season with an eighth-place finish in the 800 at the Mastodon Invitational on Jan. 23 with a time of 2:28.44... was fourth in the 800 at the IWU Midwest Classic with a time of 2:26.25 while also helping IUPUI's 4x400 relay to a third-place finish... placed seventh in the 800 at the at the Mastodon Invitational #2 on Feb. 12 with a time of 2:27.48... also helped IUPUI to a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay... placed third in the 800 at the Indianapolis Track & Field Classic on Feb. 19 with a time of 2:22.57.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in five outdoor meets... placed 19th in the prelims of the 800m event at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:24.74... clocked a personal best 800m time of 2:20.54 at the RedHawk Invitational on Apr. 24... helped IUPUI to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay at the Yellow Jacket Open on Mar. 27... ran a personal best 400m time of 1:03.16 at the Jim Vargo Invitational on Apr. 10, placing eighth overall... also finished ninth in the 800m event at that meet with a time of 2:25.68... ran an 800m time of 2:22.41 at the Gibson Invitational on Apr. 17.

Cross Country (Redshirt): Did not compete in any meets.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets... opened her career with a personal best time in the 800m event at the Mastodon Opener, clocking a time of 2:25.96 on Dec. 7... ran her quickest 400m time of the season at the Mastodon Invite on Jan. 18, crossing at 1:03.21... was also part of the Jaguars' second-place 4x400 relay at that meet... ran a season-best 600m time of 1:46.89 at the Illini Invitational on Jan. 25 while also running the 4x400 relay at that meet... capped her rookie season by running both the 4x400 relay and DMR at the Horizon League Championships.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Had the outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Academics: Selected to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) both semesters.
High School: Earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track at New Palestine High School... was an All-Hoosier Heritage Conference honoree in cross country her senior season, helping New Pal to an HHC title... earned All-State honors in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays her senior season, helping New Pal set new school records in both events... the relay team finished seventh at state in the 4x400 and ninth in the 4x800... was All-HHC in the 400, 4x400 and 4x800 before rattling off sectional and regional wins in the 4x800... was a four-year regional qualifier... closed her high school career with personal best times of 60.28 in the 400 and 2:20 in the 800... was an Academic All-State selection as a senior in both cross country and track... earned graduate recognition, closing with a grade point average above a 4.0.
