2013-14 (Junior): Finished with a 10-14 record in singles including 6-6 at the No. 4 spot in the spring semester ... won three of four singles matches in conference play ... won team-best 11 doubles matches at No. 2 doubles with Jacob Bradley ... finished conference play with 3-0 record in doubles ... named to All Summit League Team ... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List for the fall semester ... named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2012-13 (Sophomore): Finished the season strong winning four of his final five singles matches, including a straight sets win in the Summit League Tournament semifinals against South Dakota State ... combined for 10 singles wins on the season with five coming during the fall and five during the spring ... finished 13-11 in doubles action on the season, including a 4-6 record in dual matches ... named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List (3.0 GPA or better) both semesters.

2011-12 (Freshman): Played in three singles matches and 16 doubles matches going 1-2 in singles play and 7-9 in doubles action ... started the season at No. 1 doubles with Patrick O'Neill, before moving to the No. 2 and 3 positions with Deon Shafer ... won four consecutive doubles matches with Shafer over Wisconsin-Green Bay, Northern Illinois, Valparaiso and Chicago State (2/18-2/19) ... claimed first singles win of career on April 14 against Detroit coming back from a first-set loss to win in three sets ... first doubles win of career came on Feb. 11 against Saint Louis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time team MVP at Plano Senior High School... had a record of 42-14 during his senior year... was a 3-star recruit according to tennisrecruiting.net and climbed as high as No. 287 in the nation during his prep career... won the Louisiana Clay Court championship in 2010.

PERSONAL: Son of Chuck and Suzanne Gans... born on Jan. 21, 1993... father Chuck played basketball at the University of Indianapolis... has one brother, Christian, who is a three-sport athlete at Plano West High School... is majoring in environmental science.
