2012 - Senior: Appeared in 17 matches, making 16 starts in the defensive third... finished the season with two goals... tallied insurance goals in back-to-back Summit League wins over Oral Roberts (Oct. 13) and Western Illinois (Oct. 20)... attempted a season-high three shots on two different occasions... had two shots on goal in the 3-0 win over WIU... played at least 90 minutes in 12 of his 17 appearances.

2011 - Junior: Was academically ineligible for the fall semester... named to IUPUI's Academic Advisor's List for the spring semester.

2010 - Sophomore: Played in 17 games, making 13 starts... attempted eight shots for the season, putting four on frame... started the first six games of the season before missing nearly two weeks to injury... came off the bench in his first four matches back before starting the final seven of the year... tried a season-high three shots against Bowling Green State on Nov. 3, putting one on frame.

2009 - Freshman: One of five Jaguars to start all 19 matches, predominantly at center back... had two goals and an assist from his defensive spot.. scored the game's first goal in his collegiate debut against Detroit on Sept. 1... netted the game-winner in the 2-0 victory over IPFW on Oct. 31... assisted on the first game-tying goal in a 2-2 tie with Cleveland State on Sept. 11... attempted a season-high two shots twice during the season, including putting two on frame against IPFW.

High School: Was a two-year starter on Evansville Memorial’s back-to-back state championship squads... totaled six goals and two assists as a senior as Memorial went 23-0-2... was a team captain for a defense that posted a 0.39 goals against average with 18 shutouts his final season... was named to the NSCAA/adidas All-Region IV team, First Team All-State, All-District and Academic All-City... as a junior, Garcia helped the squad to a 23-0-2 record and a No. 1 national ranking from the NSCAA... an All-City pick, he scored two goals and helped anchor a defense that registered 20 shutouts and a 0.31 GAA... played club soccer for 10 years with Evansville Elite... picked IUPUI over interest from IPFW and Louisville.
