2011-12: An All-Summit League performer … swam on both the 800 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay teams that set new school records at the Summit League Championships … just missed out on the ‘A’ final of the 500 freestyle at the conference meet, but won the ‘B’ final with a time of 4:40.38 setting a new school record … also finished ninth overall in the 100 butterfly at the league meet clocking in at 51.52, the fourth-best mark in school history … best individual finish at the SL Championships occurred in the 200 butterfly with a seventh-place time of 1:55.30 … prelims time in 200 fly of 1:55.26 moved him to third on the school’s Top 10 list … had six podium finishes featuring one victory. 

High School: Three-time all-state selection at Tri West Hendricks High School … finished his prep career as an 11-time Sagamore Conference Champion, five-time Hendricks County Champion, and three-time High School All-American … a seven-time state finalist … named the 2009 Hendricks County Athlete of the Year and held eight school records at the time of graduation.
