INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indy women's tennis team wrapped up its home slate on Sunday with a tough 6-1 loss to Horizon League foe Cleveland State.
The doubles point went to Cleveland State, with victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions. The No. 2 doubles match featuring Lampman and
Chloe Bailey was deadlocked at 4-4 before going unfinished.
Grace Lampman provided the lone point for the Jags, earning a win at No. 5 singles. Lampman was leading 2-1 when her opponent, Filippa Frogner, was forced to retire.
Elle Kotre battled in a tight first set at No. 3 singles but ultimately fell 7-6, 6-2.
IU Indianapolis will look to bounce back as they hit the road for their final two matches of the regular season.
