INDIANAPOLIS - The IU Indianapolis Athletics Department has announced its Hall of Fame Class of 2025, inducting four individuals and a team to its
Hall of Fame. This year's class will officially be inducted on Friday, Feb. 7 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
This year's induction class consists of:
Dakota Dubbs - men's cross country / track & field
-Key member of the program's 2014 and 2015 Summit League XC Championship teams
-Two-time All-League performer in cross country
-Part of IUPUI's Summit League DMR championship teams his junior and senior seasons
-All-League performer in the 5K during the outdoor track season his junior year
Beth Howard - volleyball
-Two-time Summit League Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-League honoree
-Six-time Summit League Defensive Player of the Week during her career
-Ranks third in program history in sets played (477), matches played (129), digs per set (4.21) and career digs (2,007)
-Owns three of the top seven single-season marks in total digs in program history
-Helped the Jaguars to the 2013 Summit League regular season and tournament titles and the 2014 regular season crown
Damon Pruett - men's cross country / track & field
-Key member of the program's 2014 and 2015 Summit League XC Championship teams
-Program's first-ever Summit League individual champion in track, winning the 10K in 2015
-NCAA East Region qualifier in the 10K as a senior in 2017
-Two-time 1st Team All-Summit Leaguer in cross country
-Summit League runner-up in the indoor 5K as a senior
Krisztian Somhegyi - men's diving
-Two-time Summit League Diver of the Year
-Earned four consecutive league titles on the 3-meter springboard
-Two-time NCAA Nationals qualifier, including placing 13th in the tower competition in 2019
-Was the school record holder in the 3-meter dive (388.55) at the time of his graduation
2002-2003 Women's Tennis Team
-Mid-Continent Conference Regular Season and Tournament Champions
-Earned an NCAA Tournament berth, playing UCLA in the opening round
-Amassed a 21-4 overall record with wins over
-Perfect 7-0 record in Mid-Con play
