INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI men's tennis team collected a pair of home wins inside West Indy Racquet Club on Friday (Mar. 3), defeating former league foe UIC 4-1 and Holy Cross (Ind.) 6-1 in the nightcap. From there, IUPUI (4-11) did enough in singles to extinguish the Flames.

Kozerski cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles and Jochim collected a 6-4, 6-4 win at the top of the lineup. Freshman Eli Mercer won at the No. 6 spot by a 6-3, 6-4 score while Ciszewski came up shy at No. 2, 6-4, 6-4. In singles play, IUPUI took care of business at the bottom five spots with all five victories coming in straight sets to earn the win.
