INDIANAPOLIS – The IUPUI women's swimming team will host the Butler Bulldogs Friday, October 14 at 4:00 PM in the Natatorium. The Jags are coming off a loss to UIndy in which IUPUI took several top times.
 
In the meet against the Greyhounds, Zietlow continued her dominance with first-place finishes in the 1000 free (10:15.36), 500 free (5:02.06) and 200 free (1:52.11). The Jags recorded four second-place finishes on the women's side from Gabrielle Puryear-Lynch in the 100 fly (58.34), Lillian Brandt in the 100 free (52.83) and Emma Theobald in the 100 back (58.00) and the 200 IM (2:09.76).
 
Brandt also recorded a third-place time in the 50 free (24.53) while Avery Brooks finished fourth (24.77). Brooks also recorded a third-place finish in the 100 breast (1:08.45) while Priscilla Zavala finished third in the 100 fly with a time of 59.37. Senior Lauren Thompson earned the third-place finish in the 50 back (27.11).
 
The Jags last face Butler at the Butler Double Duals on September 25 when the Jags defeated the Bulldogs 113-87. IUPUI will kick off the meet at 4:00 PM.
