MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The IUPUI women's basketball teams goes on the road for back-to-back conference games when they face Robert Morris on Friday (Jan. 14) and Youngstown State on Sunday (Jan. 16). The Jags tip off against the Robert Morris Colonials at 7:00 p.m. and take on the Youngstown State Penguins at 1:00 p.m.
The Jaguars enter the game on a three-game win streak in conference play, most recently defeating Milwaukee at the Jungle, 63-60. The Jags trailed most of the game until the fourth quarter when IUPUI outscored the Panthers 16 to 11. Redshirt senior
Rachel McLimore led the charge with 22 points and four rebounds and was later named Horizon League Player of the Week for her performance. Sophomore
Anna Mortag followed with 12 points and career-tying five rebounds.

Austin Parkinson's team was voted atop the Horizon League Women's Basketball Preseason Polls and is currently 5-3 in conference play after having to forfeit two games due to Covid-19 issues at the beginning of the season. IUPUI currently sits at No. 13 in this week's College Insider Women's Mid-Major Top 25 poll.
The Jags will face Robert Morris on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Robert Morris enters the game 6-7 and 4-4 in conference play after coming off a forfeit win due to Covid-19 issues within the opposing team. The Colonials last played on Jan. 8 when they lost to Youngstown State, 59-53. They are led by senior Esther Castedo who averages 10.8 points and 2.4 assists per game. Junior Ashya Klopfenstein leads the team in rebounds with 5.2. This will be the fourth time IUPUI faces Robert Morris. The Jags lead the series 3-0.
Youngstown State currently sits at the top of the Horizon League with a record of 14-1 and 8-0 in conference. Their last game was cancelled due to Covid-19 protocol. The Penguins last played on Jan. 8 when they defeated Robert Morris. Senior Lilly Ritz leads the team in points per game with 17.1 and rebounds per game with 7.7. Redshirt senior Chelsea Olson follows with 11.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game.
Friday's game at Robert Morris will be aired on ESPN+ with tip off at 7 p.m. and Sunday's game at Youngstown State will also be aired on ESPN+ at 2 p.m.
