INDIANAPOLIS – Two singles matches went to three sets but IUPUI women's tennis was not able to earn a point, falling 7-0 to Cleveland State on Saturday (April 10).
 
Meghan Bernard and Samantha Hayward each went the distance in their matches but came up short. Bernard, playing at No. 3 lost the first 2-6 before winning 7-5 in set two. The final set went in Cleveland State's favor 10-6.
 
Hayward also dropped her first set 2-6. Hayward rebounded with a 6-4 win in set two but lost 0-6 in the deciding set.
 
Krystal Grubb played two tight sets in her No. 2 singles match but fell 7-5, 7-5.
