INDIANAPOLIS - IUPUI swimming and diving took the pool against Green Bay on Sunday (Feb. 28) and had a strong showing against the Phoenix, earning 16 different event wins in the meet.

In team scores, the IUPUI women beat the Phoenix 156.5 to 127.5 while the men fell in a close meet 150 to 132. 

On the women's side, Emma Theobald had a very strong first meet as a Jaguar, picking up wins in the women's 200 free, 200 backstroke and the 200 IM. Aubrey Wing also picked up two wins in the meet, earning victories in both the 100 and 200 breaststrokes. 

For the men's team, Nicholas Dibley grabbed wins in both the 200 and 500 freestyles. 

Other Jaguars who picked up wins were Lauren Thompson (women's 100 back), Riley Lohse (men's 100 back), Allison Walker (women's 200 fly), Cassia Snyder (women's 100 free), Wes Wickens (men's 100 free), and Ben Kimmel (men's 200 back).

In the diving competitions, Rylee Dahlman earned a win in the women's 1-meter springboard and Sadie Smith won the women's 3-meter springboard for her first-career win. Each finished second in the other event. Kyle Huehn finished second in both the men's 1-meter and 3-meter events.
