CINCINNATI, Ohio – IUPUI competed in two meets over the weekend with the women's team grabbing a win at Wright State on Friday (Nov. 3).
The Jags women's team beat Horizon League opponent Wright State 124-90 and the men fell to the Raiders 109-96.
On Saturday (Nov. 4), the men and women both fell to Cincinnati with the men losing 186.5 – 108.5 and the women falling 213-82.
In the meet with the Bearcats, freshman diver
Rylee Dahlman won the women's 1-meter diving with a score of 279.35. Junior diver Mitchell Mastey finished second in both the men's 1-meter (295.50) and the 3-meter (275.70).
In the pool, sophomore
Jackson Sandala had a strong meet winning the men's 100-yard freestyle with a time of 46.90 and taking second with a time of 1:40.82 in the 200-yard freestyle. #Jonathan Stoller also swam well in the breaststroke, winning the men's 200-yard with a time of 2:06.51 and finishing second in the 100-yard with a time of 58.53.
Trenton Wolfe took home second in the men's 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21-51.
The Jags will be back in the pool on Friday, Nov. 17 through Sunday, Nov. 19 when IUPUI hosts the House of Champions.
