The game can be heard on WNDE 1260 AM and the iHeartRadio app as Will Flemming (pxp) is on the call.

IUPUI (4-10, 0-0 Summit) had to wait two additional days as the eight other Summit League foes began league play on Friday night (Jan. 2). Home teams held serve in three of the opening four games with Omaha being the lone road team to claim a win. After a hectic schedule around the holidays, IUPUI will be six days removed from its 70-49 loss at N.C. Central when it takes the floor on Sunday night. Freshman D.J. McCall was the lone Jaguar to reach double-digits, scoring 11 points in the loss.

IUPUI comes in at 27-15 all-time against Fort Wayne, but has lost the last four meetings in the series that dates back to the 1972 season. The Mastodons eliminated the Jaguars from last year's Summit League Tournament, 85-47 in Sioux Falls, S.D., on Mar. 8 of last season.

IUPUI boasts a balanced attack of eight different players scoring between 5.0 and 8.5 points per game while IPFW's entire starting five is scoring better than 10 points per game. Both squads are led by first-year coaches as Indianapolis-native Jason Gardner guides the Jaguars and Jon Coffman is at the helm of the IPFW program.

FIVE COUNT - QUICK TIDBITS FROM THE LAST GAME
N.C. Central 70, IUPUI 49 - Dec. 29 - Durham, N.C. (McDougald-McLendon Gymnasium)
OVER EARLY
IUPUI allowed a 20-2 run early in the first half as the host NCCU Eagles built a 19-point lead and never looked back. The Jaguars cut the Eagles' lead back to 32-22 at the half, but N.C. Central scored the first seven points of the second half en route to a 21-point win.

DAV HITS THE CLASS
While IUPUI didn't get the outcome he would've liked, former NCCU and current IUPUI forward DavRon Williams grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds (11 defensive) on Monday in 27 minutes off the bench. Williams added two points and two assists to his 13 boards.

SEASON-LOWS
IUPUI was held to a season-low 14 field goals and six assists on Monday, while shooting just 29.2 percent from the field. IUPUI made just 5-of-24 (20.8 percent) first half attempts before hitting 38 percent in the second half. Freshman D.J. McCall was the lone Jaguar to reach double-digits, scoring seven of his 11 points from the charity stripe.

BENCH PRODUCTION
Nearly half of IUPUI's 49 points came from the bench as the Jaguars' reserves outscored NCCU's reserves, 24-10. Junior P.J. Boutte scored eight points off the bench and Jalen McCallum pumped in five in the closing minutes.

FOUL MOOD
IUPUI was whistled for 28 fouls on Monday, leading to 30 NCCU free throw attempts in the win. IUPUI was hit with seven fouls in the first six minutes of the second half, putting the Eagles in the bonus for the final 14-plus minutes.
The Eagles hit 19-of-30 (63.3 percent) from the stripe in the win.

UNCOMMON BALANCE
Eleven different IUPUI players are averaging between two and 9 points per game through 14 games, led by Marcellus Barksdale's 8.4 points per game. McCall, DavRon Williams, Jalen McCallum, Elijah Ray, Mason Archie and Aaron Brennan have each led the squad at least one.
IUPUI has nine players averaging at least 14 minutes per game.

LOW LEADER
Barksdale's 8.4 points per game scoring average would easily be the lowest total to lead the Jaguars in a single-season in program history. The lowest scoring output to lead the Jaguars in a season is 12.4 points per game by Charles Price in 2001-02.

HITTING 70
IUPUI is 3-0 this season when scoring at least 70 points and 1-9 when failing to reach that number.

SLIM WINS
IUPUI is 3-2 in games decided by five points or less this season and have won their four games by a combined 12 points. The Jaguars' largest margin of victory this season was the 71-65 victory over South Alabama on Dec. 20.

FOR OPENERS
IUPUI is 7-9 all-time in Summit League openers and hasn't won an opener since the Jaguars beat Centenary 77-69 on Dec. 2, 2010 - having dropped league openers the past three years.
IUPUI is also 7-9 to start calendar years (first game in January) since joining the Division I ranks in 1998.

KNOCK DOWN
IUPUI is 4-2 this season when shooting a higher field goal percentage than its opponent and 0-8 when being outshot. The Jaguars have yet to hit 50 percent or better from the field in a game this season.

46 STRAIGHT
Junior Marcellus Barksdale has now started 46 straight games, dating back to the 2012-13 season opener. No other IUPUI player has started more than 14 straight games. Barksdale and Mason Archie are the only two Jags to start every game this season.

BENCHMARKS
Marcellus Barksdale hit some career milestones at N.C. Central last week, scoring his 500th career point and grabbing his 350th career rebound.

MR. INDISPENSABLE
While Gardner has shown a deep and versatile bench, the one constant for the Jaguars this season is junior guard Marcellus Barksdale. The 6-foot-5 veteran is playing more than 33 minutes per game (almost six more than his closest competitor), ranking among the league's top players. Barksdale leads the team in scoring (8.4 ppg), free throws made (39) and steals (28) and is second in rebounding (4.6 rpg) and assists (2.3 apg).

BENCH PRODUCTION
Through 14 games, IUPUI's bench has scored 384 of the team's 831 points, equivalent to 46 percent of the team's scoring. The IUPUI bench has outscored the opposition in 12 of the season's 14 games.

MR. REBOUND
Senior DavRon Williams has earned his stripes on the glass this season, accounting for IUPUI's top six rebounding games of the year. Included among those six are three double-digit rebounding efforts, including a career-best 13 at N.C. Central.

GRADE CHECK
Seven members of the team posted a 3.0 GPA or better during the fall semester. Included in that group were Aaron Brennan, Josh James, D.J. McCall, Khufu Najee, Matt O'Leary, Nick Osborne and Justus Stanback
