MUNCIE, Ind. - The IUPUI men's and women's swimming and diving teams take part in two meets this weekend, which will serve as their final competitions prior to hosting the Summit League Swimming and Diving Championships Feb. 18-21 at the IUPUI Natatorium.

The Jags will travel to nearby Muncie, Ind., to take on Ball State and Milwaukee on Friday, Jan. 23, before heading to Fishers, Ind., on Sunday, Jan. 25, for the Butler Invite. Friday's meet in Muncie will begin at 5 p.m. ET, while Sunday's invitational starts at Noon ET.

Both the men's and women's teams are coming off impressive home wins over Wisconsin-Green Bay last week, which served as Senior Night for 13 IUPUI swimmers who competed in front of the home fans for the final time during the regular-season.

On the men's side, seniors Tony Carroll, Adam Ferguson and Cody Watts claimed individual victories in their final regular-season home meet to help the Jags down the Phoenix by five points, while seniors Jennifer Oleksiak, Alexus Laird, and Natalie Trout each claimed wins on the women's side leading IUPUI to a 23-point victory.

For his efforts in the meet against Green Bay, Watts was recognized as the Summit League Men's Diver of the Week marking the fourth time this year he has earned the league's weekly honor. Watts put together a career-high 3-meter mark of 346.80, which is the best in the Summit League this season.
