INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI men's soccer team will bring its 2011 home schedule to a close on Saturday (Oct. 29) afternoon when the Jaguars host Oral Roberts at Murray Stadium on the Carmel High School campus at 2:00 p.m.. Both teams are squarely in the hunt for a spot in the upcoming Summit League Tournament.

IUPUI (6-8-2, 2-1-1 Summit) is riding high, having won five of six and two-in-a-row coming in. Freshman Sam Fuller scored a pair of game-winning goals last week on his way to Summit League Offensive Player of the Week honors. In the 4-3 double overtime win over IPFW last Saturday, Fuller capped the wild affair with his league-high fourth game-winner of the year in the 104th minute.

The Jaguars built a 3-0 first half lead thanks to goals from Galen Cassady and Perez Agaba and an own goal, but squandered the advantage in the second half. The Mastodons tallied in the 59th and 65th minutes before tying the game in the 76th minute. However, Fuller finished it thanks to a Cassady assist to send the Jags to 5-1 at home this year.

Fuller leads the team with four goals and an assist, primarily off the bench, while Agaba has three goals and two assists. Kyle Hyland, Matt Guy and Yogi Snider are all tied for the team lead in assists with three. Defensively, senior goalkeeper Tyler Keever's goals against average climbed to 1.10 in the win and he's not accumulated 70 saves for the year.

ORU (4-9-1, 1-2-1) has been strong offensively but porous defensively this season. Jarrett Hamilton paces the Golden Eagles with six goals and Aaron Birk has four goals and five assists. However, ORU is yielding a 2.46 GAA with Nick Petolick posting a 2.30 GAA in the majority of the team's minutes. Among the Golden Eagles' four wins this year are victories over Valparaiso, Oakland and future Summit League foe Nebraska-Omaha.

IUPUI is 9-7 all-time against ORU, including having won four of the past five meetings. However, the Golden Eagles knocked off the Jags 2-0 last season in Tulsa.
