INDIANAPOLIS - Friday night's men's and women's soccer matches will mark the debut for
IUPUI LIVE! on the pitch and will also serve as the official kickoff to Super Jaguars Weekend presented by Indiana Members Credit Union. The women's match with Detroit will begin the action at 5:00 p.m., followed by the men's match with Cleveland State at approximately 7:00 p.m..

Brian Bosma (play-by-play) will call both games and be joined in the booth by former IUPUI standout Rob Hofinger (analyst) for the men's match. Both games can be purchased online for $4.95.

Head Coach Chris Johnson's women's team comes in riding a three-game winning streak having shutout in-state opponents Butler, Evansville and Indiana State last week. Sophomore Megan Hock was named The Summit League Offensive Player of the Week after scoring a pair of game-winning goals over the three games and senior goalkeeper Jamie Farrell was picked Defensive Player of the Week after recording all three shutouts. She upped her career shutout total to 16.

On the men's side, Head Coach Steve Franklin's team is 1-2 to start the year after suffering losses to Kentucky and Louisville at last weekend's University of Kentucky Invitational. Jaguars' defenders Derek Craig and Michael Wignot were named to the All-Tournament Team at the event. IUPUI opened the season with a 2-1 overtime win over Detroit, getting a golden goal from senior Caleb Lindemann in the 97th minute. Freshman defender Emile Garcia also tallied a goal in his collegiate debut in that match to give the Jags' a 1-0 lead.

As part of 'Kram Kuntz', t-shirt and other giveaways will be provided by IMCU throughout the night on Friday. In addition, door prizes will be raffled off during the women's match and an exciting halftime contest will take place during halftime of the men's contest.

Tickets are just $2 for adults and children under 12 will be admitted for free. Like always, IUPUI students will be admitted for free with a valid JagTag. For more information on Super Jaguars Weekend, click here.
