WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAM TO WRAP UP REGULAR SEASON SLATE THIS WEEKEND

Jaguars to host Oakland on Friday and IPFW on Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI women's soccer team will wrap up its regular season this weekend with a pair of Summit League home matches on the schedule. On Friday night, Head Coach Chris Johnson's team will host Oakland at the on-campus Michael A. Carroll Stadium and on Sunday, the Jaguars will host IPFW on Senior Day at Kuntz Stadium.

Sunday's match will be the final installment of soccer on IUPUI LIVE! this season as Scott McCauley (play-by-play) and Steve Franklin (analyst) call the action.

IUPUI (13-4, 5-2 Summit) is coming off a 3-1 win at Centenary last Sunday and features an offense that's gotten goals from 10 different players. Sophomores Megan Hock and Alicia Brock have combined to score 16 goals while senior Katrina McCrory has six goals and a team-high five assists.

Defensively, senior goalkeeper Jamie Farrell has a 0.89 goals against average and six shutouts in 17 starts this year. In front of her, backs Stephanie Hoffman and Margaret Allgeier rank among The Summit League's best at their respective positions.

Oakland (7-7-1, 4-2-1 Summit) has posted three straight shutouts and won its past two matches in league play. Deanna Colarossi leads the OU attack with seven goals and an assist and Sarah Lynch has tallied four goals in limited playing time. Shannon Coley is the Golden Grizzlies' top goalkeeper with a 1.25 GAA. Oakland leads the all-time series 10-2 however the Jaguars have won two of the past three meetings between the two schools including last year's meeting in Rochester, 3-1.

IPFW (4-10-1, 3-4 Summit) has dropped four straight contests entering this weekend including three straight Summit League contests. Freshman forward Lisa Underwood leads The Summit with 10 goals and Tara O'Toole has chipped in four goals including two game-winners. Defensively, sophomore goalkeeper Kristen McFadden has a 1.99 GAA and .748 save percentage. The Mastodons lead the all-time series 4-2-1 but the Jaguars have won the past two meetings.
